Privacy

• Your email address — it identifies your account, carries your credit balance, and receives outbid notices.
• Your listing details: display name, link and optional X handle. These are public by design.
• Payment records: amount, fee, deposit, status and a processor reference. We never see or store your card number.
• Click counts on your listing, with coarse country and referrer, so you can tell whether the spot is working.

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on the boards.
• We do not build a profile of you across other sites.

Payments are handled by our payment processor, which receives your email and payment details directly. Hosting and database services store the data described above on our behalf. Each is bound by contract to process it only for us.

Listing and payment records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Click analytics are aggregated after 90 days. Hall of Fame entries are permanent — that is the product — but they show only the display name and bid you chose to publish, never your email.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. Email support@holdthespot.lol from your account address and we will respond within 30 days.
