Rules

• Every board has numbered spots. An open spot costs the board's starting price; a held spot costs at least the current price plus a raise.
• The minimum raise is 10% of the current price or $5, whichever is larger.
• When you start checkout the spot locks for 10 minutes so nobody can claim it out from under you mid-payment. Abandon checkout and the lock releases automatically.
• You can bid more than the minimum. A bigger gap makes you more expensive to bump.

Your bid splits two ways the moment it is paid: a 15% platform fee that we keep, and a 85% deposit that is yours to get back.

• Bid $100 → $15 fee, $85 refundable deposit.
• The fee is earned immediately and is never refunded, except when we remove your listing ourselves.
• The deposit sits with us for as long as you hold the spot.

When someone takes your spot, your deposit is credited back to your account the instant their payment settles — no claim form, no waiting period, no email to write.

On top of the deposit you receive an appreciation share: half of the platform fee paid by whoever bumped you. The more they paid, the more you get.

• Claim at $100. Your fee is $15, your deposit $85.
• Someone takes the spot at $150. Their fee is $22.50, so you receive $85 + $11.25 = $96.25.
• Someone takes it at $250 instead. Their fee is $37.50, so you receive $85 + $18.75 = $103.75 — more than you paid.
• Break-even is exactly double what you paid. Above that, holding the spot made you money.

The share is funded from the incoming fee and nothing else. It is never taken from another holder's deposit, which is why we can pay it instantly and always honour it.

• Each board runs in 30-day rounds. A countdown on the board shows the time left.
• Hold a spot when the round ends and you are listed permanently in the Hall of Fame — but your deposit is forfeited. That is the trade.
• If you would rather not risk it, get outbid before the round closes and your deposit comes back in full as credit.
• When a round ends every spot resets to the starting price and a new round begins.

• It sends visitors. Your link sits on the board and on its own spot page, and every click is counted and reported to you.
• It is indexable. The spot page carries your name, description and link, and stays up as a public record.
• It does not pass search-ranking credit. Listing links are nofollow and go through a counted redirect, because paid links that pass ranking signals breach Google's link-spam policy and risk a penalty for both sites.

• Adult content, gambling, and anything illegal where the board is hosted.
• Link shorteners, chat-invite links, and redirects that hide the destination.
• Impersonating a person or company you do not represent.
• Malware, phishing, and deceptive download prompts.

Submissions are screened automatically at checkout and reviewed by hand after. If we remove your listing, you get a full refund — fee included — as site credit.
